Qualification for Reinstatement
Any former Member, Fellow, or Master may be reinstated to membership upon written request and submission of full payment for the current year's dues to Customer Service.
Former Associates may apply for reinstatement if they are still in residency or fellowship training. If they out of training and qualified for full Membership, they may file an application for Membership.
Former Affiliate members may apply for reinstatement if they are currently Fellow Members of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
