Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares. There are no fees for booking on line at www.united.com when you use the special promotion code. Code is case sensitive so please use capital letters.
Note: Not all flights are eligible for a discount. Some flights are not eligible because they have already been discounted. Discounts also apply to selected international flights. If you choose to confirm your reservation directly with United or a travel agency, a 2%-7% discount is available on selected published fares with 30-day advance ticketing. A 10% discount on selected unrestricted fares will apply with 7 days' advance reservations and ticketing. Plan ahead and receive an additional 5% discount by ticketing 30 days or more before departure. To make reservations, contact the Specialized Meeting Reservations Center at 800-521-4041 and refer to the American College of Physicians' *ID Number 564UG.
Amtrak Discount
Amtrak offers a 10% discount on the lowest available fare to Washington, DC between May 12, 2008 and May 20, 2008. To book your reservation, call Amtrak at 800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Please refer to Convention Fare Code X80P-920 when making your reservation. Convention fares cannot be booked via the Internet. The fare is valid on Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures, 7 days a week. Certain trains and dates are excluded, so please contact Amtrak directly for rates and availability.
Car Rental Discount
Avis is the official car rental agency for Internal Medicine 2008. Avis will offer special discounted rates to attendees. To make your reservation, call 800-331-1600 and refer to ACP’s discount number B116099.
