A site license offers your patrons seamless access at work and remotely. Access is available via IP range, Open Athens, or Shibboleth. Online access includes all content from 1993 to the present, including Online First, Multimedia, ACP Journal Club, and In the Clinic. Annals content is preserved for future generations of researchers and clinicians in a reliable, consistent, and accessible format through participation with Portico. Print and online subscriptions run on a rolling basis. Deeply discounted print subscriptions start with the same issue as the online site license. Print-only subscriptions begin with the next issue unless requested otherwise.
