Vision Statement
It is an honor to be nominated for Governor-elect of the Washington chapter of ACP.
The mission statement of the ACP is “to enhance quality and effectiveness of health care by fostering excellence and professionalism in the practice of medicine.” I understand and fully agree with these objectives.
My vision for the Washington chapter of ACP encompasses several areas:
- Motivate medical students and resident associates to be involved members of the work of ACP
- Build a mentor network for our professional community
- Educate our members on the key advocacy issues to be active in our efforts to improve the health care system for our patients and our profession.
- Expand our programs offered to the professional community for continuing education and professional development
It would be a privilege to serve you as the next Washington State ACP Governor.
