- Medline-Plus - a state of the art search engine for patients and/or their families to obtain reliable information from National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations. Access medical journal articles, extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and the latest health news.
- Babelfish - a free non-medical translation engine that may help non-English speakers express some of their concerns to their English - only speaking physicians. While these translation engines do not take the place of a translator and are not made specifically for medical purposes, they may be helpful to you for getting some basic concerns expressed.
