2009 Internal Medicine Abstract Presenters
We are honored that Nevada Chapter Members represented our Chapter at the Associate and Medical Student Abstract Competition held during Internal Medicine Week:
Dr. Beheshteh Nakhaee, third year Internal Medicine resident at the University of Nevada, Reno, won first place in clinical vignette presentation at the Nevada Chapter meeting in January, 2009, and was selected to represent the chapter at the ACP national competition in Philadelphia in April, 2009. She proudly represented the chapter and presented her case in front of the judges. She was selected as a winner at the national level. We would like to congratulate Dr. Nakhaee, Dr Goodman and the UNSOM at Reno.
