Northern Region

The 2012 Northern Illinois Chapter Associates Day will take place at South Shore Cultural Center in Chicago on November 2, 2012. Associates and Medical Students in the chapter are invited to submit an abstract to the competition.

  • SUBMISSION DEADLINE: September 17, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CST
  • Please read the guidelines[PDF] before submitting. Submissions can be disqualified if not within guildelines.
  • Abstracts MUST be submitted using the Abstract Submission Form

**NOTE: Posters are limited to 36" x 48". Please use one of the 36x48 templates which can be found at www.makesigns.com/SciPosters_Templates.aspx.

Downstate Region

The 2012 Downstate Illinois Chapter Associates Competition will take place in conjunction with the annual Illinois Chapter Scientific Meeting at the Hilton Springfield on October 26-27, 2012. Associates and Medical Students in the chapter are invited to submit an abstract to the competition.
