Congratulations!
The Chapter is very pleased to announce that John I. Gallin, MD, FACP was recently named as a new Master. Dr. Gallin received his Mastership at Internal Medicine 2008 in Washington, DC.
Masters comprise a small group of highly distinguished physicians, selected from among Fellows, who have achieved recognition in medicine by exhibiting preeminence in practice or medical research, holding positions of high honor, or making significant contributions to medical science or the art of medicine.
Kudos also go to DC Chapter member Carolyn M. Clancy, MD, MACP, Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Dr. Clancy was presented with the 2007 Joseph F.
