Chapter Awardees
At the 2009 Chapter meeting, we were pleased to acknowledge the great accomplishments and contributions of several Chapter members. Please join us in congratulating them.
Rodolfo Armas-Merino, MD, MACP and Guillermo Conte, MD, FACP, were presented with the Chapter Laureate Award. The Laureate Award honors those members of the ACP in Chile who have demonstrated by their example and conduct an abiding commitment to excellence in medical care, education or research, and in service to their community and the ACP.
Enrique Lopez Caffarena, MD, MACP was honored with a Special Award as First Governor of the Chapter. His legacy in leadership offered strong support when the Chapter was created and has inspired following Governors to continue his efforts to provide excellent service to the membership and the practice of medicine.
