The American College of Physicians designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. The Maintenance of Certification portion is also approved for 4 CME credits for each of the SEP modules/8 credits for all SEP modules. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
