Vision Statement

As a Fellow of the ACP for the last 14 years in Brazil, I see many opportunities to develop our Chapter. As Internal Medicine permeates all Medical subspecialties, several of its areas may have broad application in all medical subspecialties and may be further stimulated at future ACP meetings in Brazil such as supportive care, humanism in Medicine, medical practice improvement, medical education, etc. I see as my most important task to make the ACP chapter collaborate closely with the Brazilian Society of Internal Medicine and to stimulate the discussion of these important general subjects with other Internal Medicine Subspecialty Societies as well.
